10am | Event campsite opens at Ballidu Recreation Ground (turn left off Northam Pithara Road just before town, heading north)
11am-6pm | Ballidu Recreation Ground/Bowling Club/Campsite open for Rider Pack collection and AFL Grand Final. Barefoot Bowling from 4pm. Ballidu Tavern also open for AFL Grand Final.
4-6pm | Campsite: Rider Pack collection at 11am to 6pm | Ballidu Recreation Ground/Bowling Club/camping grounds and Ballidu Tavern open for AFL Grand Final. Barefoot Bowling.
6pm | Burgers. [Note: limited availability for those who haven’t pre-ordered.]
10pm | Campsite floodlights turned off.
SUNDAY 27 OCTOBER
7am | Event village opens
8am – 1pm | Rider registration tent open for pack collection
8:45am | Welcome to country
8:50am | Rider briefing Wongan Thrills
9am | Dunn Aviation Wongan Thrills race start 9:05am | Fondo start
10:50am | Rider briefing The Ballidude
11am | Dunn Aviation Ballidude race start 11:05am | Fondo start
12:50pm | Rider briefing Yes You Canola – 1pm | Ride Start
1:50pm | Rider breifing Just Ballidu It – 2pm | Ride Start
