WELCOME TO WONGAN-BALLIDU
The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu is about 200km north east of Perth.
The Shire’s biggest township is Wongan Hills, with Ballidu 34km to the north.
All Bike it to Ballidu Gravel rides start and finish from the Event Village in Ballidu Township (Alpha Street), with the longest (155km) route passing Wongan Hills around halfway before continuing on a challenging loop that winds back to Ballidu.

Camp on the football oval at the Ballidu Recreation Ground for just $10.50 per night. It’s basic but there are hot shower facilities on site. Add camping and burgers to your registration and enjoy bare foot bowls!

Hotel rooms and units available from $70 per night at the Wongan Hills Hotel.
CARAVAN PARKS
Group lodges, chalets, studio rooms, on-site caravans and powered camping sites available at the Wongan Hills Caravan Park and lodging available at Ballidu Caravan Park.
TRANSPORT
It’s roughly a 30 minute drive from Wongan Hills to Ballidu.
BALLIDU TOWN
Food stalls and vans will start serving in the Ballidu Event Village on Alpha Street in the centre of town from 7am until late on event day.
NEARBY TOWNS
Wongan Hills (25 mins), Dalwallinu (30 mins), Moora (55 mins) and New Norcia (60 mins) all offer hotel/motel and caravan park options.
